Programs offered through Mountainland Aging & Family Services
- Meals-on-Wheels delivered five times a week in-home to low-income homebound aging adults
- Coordinate home care services assistance for vulnerable seniors allowing each person to “age in place”
- Caregiver support and respite for isolated families dealing with the day-to-day challenges of providing care to older individuals.
- Provide information and referral to community services which benefit and help seniors and their families with transportation, health, and other needs.
- Community education about elder abuse and financial fraud prevention and an Ombudsman program.
By providing a variety of programs and solutions designed to address local needs and issues we seek to address many of the challenges families, seniors and the community faces during the aging process.
