Mountainland Foundation
The Mountainland Foundation, is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit, established in partnership with Mountainland Aging & Family Services, as a way to facilitate community support for seniors in Summit, Utah, and Wasatch Counties.
We recognize that we are all connected to seniors – they are members of our families, our friends, our neighbors, part of our community.
Today many people find themselves at different places in caring for seniors. Whether as a, spouse, child, caregiver, family or friend, caring for the needs of aging citizens in our community.
Meals on Wheels & More is the program and services by which we are able to serve the aging population. We support the in-home delivery of meals five days a week and work to identify other services to assist each senior to continue living in their own home, offering them the independence and dignity they have earned.
While many older adults are living the life they dreamed of, there are others who struggle and in need of assistance.
By giving back, just a little, you are helping to sustain those who want to live an independent life but can only do so with support from the rest the of us.
